These Terms govern your use of the premai.io website only. Use of PREM’s products (Confidential API, Prem Enclave, Fluso, Prem Studio, Prem Concierge, Prem Sotto) is governed by the applicable product Terms of Service, available at the relevant product portal. By accessing or using premai.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Operator
This website is operated by PREM SA, Crocicchio Cortogna 6, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland (“PREM,” “we,” “us”). PREM SA is part of the PREM group, which includes PREM LABS INC (Wilmington, Delaware, USA) and PREM AI S.r.l. (Putignano, Italy).
2. Scope
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the premai.io website, including all pages, content, documentation, blog posts, and resources hosted at premai.io and its subdomains (docs.premai.io, blog.premai.io). They do not govern:
(i) The Confidential API—governed by the Confidential API Terms of Service.
(ii) Prem Enclave—governed by the Prem Enclave license agreement.
(iii) Fluso—governed by the Fluso Terms of Service (available at fluso.ai).
(iv) Prem Studio, Prem Concierge, Prem Sotto—governed by their respective terms.
If you sign up for a PREM product through this website, the applicable product Terms of Service govern your use of that product from the point of registration.
3. Access and Availability
Access to the website is provided on an “as available” basis. PREM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice. We may restrict access to certain areas of the website (e.g., documentation portal) to registered users.
4. Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
(i) Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
(ii) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
(iii) Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, scrape, or index website content, except for standard search engine indexing. Rate-limited access to the documentation portal API (if any) is permitted subject to any published usage policy.
(iv) Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the website.
(v) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website.
(vi) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
(vii) Use the website to send unsolicited communications or marketing.
(viii) Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content except as permitted under Section 5.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 PREM’s Content
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, documentation, and design—is the property of PREM SA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PREM name, PREM logo, Confidential API, Prem Enclave, Fluso, Prem Studio, Prem Concierge, and Prem Sotto are trademarks of PREM SA or its affiliates.
5.2 Limited License
PREM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the website content for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any website content without PREM’s prior written consent, except:
(i) You may share links to website pages.
(ii) You may quote brief excerpts of blog posts or documentation for commentary or review, with attribution to PREM.
(iii) Documentation published at docs.premai.io may be used in accordance with its stated license terms (if any).
5.3 Open-Source Software
PREM publishes certain open-source software on GitHub (github.com/premAI-io, github.com/prem-research). Open-source software is governed by its applicable open-source licence, not by these Terms.
5.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about PREM’s products or website (“Feedback”), you grant PREM a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into PREM’s products and services without obligation to you.
6. User Submissions
When you submit information through the website (contact forms, demo requests, newsletter sign-ups, job applications), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. PREM processes submitted information in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (e.g., Typeform for contact forms, Notion for careers). PREM does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PREM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
(i) PREM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website.
(ii) PREM’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the website shall not exceed CHF 100.
(iii) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PREM SA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the website in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other right.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data in connection with this website is described in our Website Privacy Policy, available at premai.io/privacy-policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
13. Export Controls and Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive US, EU, or Swiss sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable sanctions list. You agree not to access the website from a sanctioned jurisdiction. PREM reserves the right to restrict access to the website from any jurisdiction at its discretion.
14. Modifications
PREM may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Termination
PREM may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Canton Ticino, Switzerland, subject to appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PREM SA regarding your use of the premai.io website. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings regarding the website.
